User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars**GREAT FROM BEGINING TO START. THEY TOLD ME WHEN THE CAR I WANTED WAS BEING BUILT, AND THAT IT WOULD BE THERE IN ABOUT A WEEK, AND SURE ENOUGHT IT WAS. WHEN UT GOT IN I WAS AT WORK, AND THE SALESMAN"RYAN" CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT MY CAR WAS WASHED AND READY. I WENT IN AFTER WORK WAITED FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES WHILE HE WAS FINISHING WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER, AND TOOK DEL OF MY CAR"
IM SORRY FOR WHAT HAPPEN TO THE DAUGHTER OF THE GUY THAT PUT IN A REVIEW BEFORE ME, BUT THEY WERE PROB REALLY BUSY THAT DAY, AND AS FAR AS THE GIRL CRYING ALL THE WAY TI WORK...KIND OF DRAMATIC....TALK ABOUT NOT LIKING YOUR JOB...LOL!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsProbably the worst buying experience possible. We visited the showroom on a Sunday. They didn't have any Honda Kit Sports available, but said that some would be in within two days. Over a week later, the Honda Kit that we were told would be ours finally arrived. When my daughter went to pick it up, she was told that it would take an hour for it to be ready. After an hour, it was clear that they had not even started to prepare the car. About 3 hours after her arrival, the car was finally turned over to her. By that point, she was late for work. After taking delivery of the vehicle and driving to work, she arrived 90 minutes late for her job. She cried from the time she called in to work to tell them she'd be late until she finally arrived at work.
This day should have been a happy one, but the shoddy service at the dealership spoiled it. I'll never return to Willett Honda for any purpose.
