User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIf I could change to any city in the world to live in, it wouldn't be Palmetto. The Lights and Water Services in the city are awful. They are incompassionate about the people who live here. If you are having a hard financial period in your life more than 2 times in this city and you pay your bill every month, you are in the dark. They say rules are rules. They won't even make arrangements for nine days.
