The service was really sub-par and the service was beyond any kind of expectation one could have. I read some good reviews and felt it could be a good place, but it really was not. I was left with a very bad taste and, if given the choice of The Vortex and McDonalds (Though I hate MCD) would prefer to go to MCD. I just cannot believe how bad it was, but then again with a prime location maybe they and other restaurants can get away with it. I am just so surprised and shocked. If the ratings options would have been minus 5 to plus five, they would have gotten a minus 3.Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -

Since people can smoke in there, it's kind of gross and kids under 18 aren't allowed. The food was good but the atmosphere made us all feel grimey. -

Atmosphere is mostly younger people and the typical atlanta scene but a good one. ENJOY. -Food Lover
