| About: | Located downstairs from Chops, one of the city's best steak houses, this single-minded restaurant is Atlanta's best at cooking up crustaceans. Proper attire is required in the formal dining room, but bibs are provided to protect your fancy duds. A nice menu of elegantly prepared seafood selections is available, but most come for king crab and the two-to-six-pound lobsters. A fine wine list is available for your perusal, and if you're not in the mood for seafood, feel free to order from the chops menu. |

Horrible! How can a Lobster bar be out of there Signature Lobster dish and signature side on a Saturday night during holiday season? The service was ridiculous. We were left for 20 minutes after our table was cleared before they asked if we wanted dessert. Of course I don't want dessert now. You sit long enough and you get full. Then they brought our check with the printing barely legible and a drink from another table listed on it. I'm all up for buying ppl drinks, but I like to initiate it. No intention of ever going back.
Outstanding cut of meat, cooked perfectly. Busy, but service was still what you would expect from a top restaurant.
MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH & not just your wallet: This local Atlanta Steak House is what I would call a true WOW experience! Thatâs right âWOWâ! From the moment you walk in the door until you leave. Being from Texas where steak houses are plentiful and very good, this was by far the best steak house experience yet! I was referred to by last name from the moment I arrived. Although the waiting area (bar) is somewhat small, it was a very short wait considering it was prime time hour. Unlike other establishments, there was ZERO hassle transferring the bar tab, which is one of my pet peeves. All of the staff that we came in contact with contributed to the outstanding dining experience. This was just the beginning. Everything was handled promptly and with obvious pride. I truly felt like I belonged. I never fully understood the true meaning of âmelt in your mouthâ until indulging in their tasty filet. Also most impressive was the honey mustard & hot bacon salad dressing that was prepared at the table by the waiter. Yet again the service went far beyond when I inquired about local clubs and the General Manager visited our table and spent several minutes discussing suggestions. Pricy â yes; However, well worth the complete dinning experience. You can take that to the kitchen!
