I have never been so impressed by a Dentist and his staff. The entire experience was incredibly unexpected and equally incredibly appreciated. I have no regular dentist in Atlanta and was stuck in Buckhead with the worst toothache of my life. They were able to slip me in 45 minutes later! From the moment I arrived, you would have thought I had been going there every 6 months for my entire life. It is extremely rare to encounter a Dental or Medical Practice that has adopted an environment that has resulted in a "perfect storm" synergy" such as I witnessed today. Every individual of this TEAM was friendly, affiable, and genuine. In addition to being such a pleasure to deal with, they exhibited extoprdinary professionalism that I had thought was long gone from the "fast-food" health care rut our 21st century system has evolved into. I live by Perimeter Mall and will happily be driving by a hundred other Dental practices to see Dr. Feil and his amazing staff for the rest of my needs. I can now brag to my materialistic friends that MY Dentist is in the heart of Buckhead on W. Paces Ferry! (a boast I honestly never thought i could afford). The office is sprakling clean and the furnishings and decor are fancy-schmancy! (LOVE the "padded" wallpaper, btw) It is exactly as you would expect at this great location in Buckhead. However, the best part is that the "fancy" designation is a descriptive of the office, decor, and location. It does not carry forward to the bill when you walk out. "Real people" pricing on W. Paces Ferry Rd.? Who would'a thunk?? Thanks to ALL for turning a tough situation into a true highlight of my day! I'm sure that in my entire 49 years I have never walked out of a Dentist office laughing without ever touching the gas. :-) I highly Recommend this well-oiled Practice!
