You would think your in Ginza District, Tokyo: This place is as good as it gets, and where Japanese businessmen would take important clients for 'umai' sushi. For budgets that have no limits, ask the sushi chef to decide for you, and you'll get off menu treats that are seasonal and creative works of food art, that leave you wondering what took you so long to eat raw fish. After ten years of living in Japan, you can't get more authentic.
Simply the Best: If you are a sushi fan who lives in Atlanta and have never had Soto you should be ashamed of yourself. This isn't simply sushi - it's baked sea bass that falls apart on your chopsticks, clam sashimi and shrimp baked into shitaki mushrooms. The dishes are so exquisite you almost hate to eat them, but then you are so happy you did! Make your reservations at the sushi bar and watch the master at work. Also, go early on a Monday or Tuesday and you'll get the best selection and the fastest service. Some nights of the week they offer fixed price only, so be sure to ask when you call. I've heard this is also great. Be prepared to lay down at some cash, but trust me, it's worth it.
