Ted's Montana Grill

I visit this location on Friday Dec 5, 2008. This was my boyfriend and I first time eating at Ted's and our first dinner date. Of all restaurants we decided to eat here. We walk in and it was not busy and nobody was at the stand to greet us, so we waited for about 2 minutes and I told my boyfriend let's go so we walk outside. He then said to me baby let's just go back and eat. We went in and somebody said someone will be with u in a min. As we got seated we order our drink I got a sprite with no ice and my boyfriend got a dirty martini. My boyfriend orders me a lemon martini and then we order our food. When we got our drink I notice I had lipstick on my martini glass which is nasty and very unsanitary. So I mention it to the waiter he offer another drink but I said oh no. We tried to put that incident behind us enjoy our food and the rest of our evening. After our dinner the waiter handed us our bill and we paid. The next day I call and talk to the general manager and I told him about our experience. He offered us to come back and have dinner on him and he said that night the meal should have been take care of instead of us paying cause that's not how he do business. I told him I would never come back to eat at this restaurant again. He asks what he could do to make us come back. I told him that we would like our money back or a gift card to eat at another location but he said as general manager he could not do that we would have to call or email corporate. I should have gone with my 1st instinct by walking out when nobody was at the stand to greet us.

Service was of great quality. I haven't been to a restaurant where every aspect was excellent. I needed space for a party of 30 people. Hard to find a place that would take a party that big. Table was set up for the party and all additional request were met. Servers were excellent, drinks were re-filled in a timely manner, food was prepared quickly and delivered to the correct person. Most importantly everyone enjoyed their meal. Please try this restaurant.

Just amazing: The food tastes great and the service was hands down the best i every had. I loved every moment i was there
