I am deeply alarmed by the reviews that I am seeing. Dr. Smith has been mine and my children's doctor for several years. She is a wonderful doctor. Yes the wait time may be long but it's because she services each patient with excellence. When she is not in the office she is away brushing up on her skills or out on the mission field in countries such as Africa, and Jamaica. She takes the time to give back to underpriviledged people in these countries for FREE. When people here in the US have healthcare and can't even remember to get their child shots on time. They wait until the kid is about to get kicked out of school then expect her and her staff to drop everything and take care of them right away. If she wasn't a good doctor then she wouldn't have as many patients as she does. She is one person, if she worked for an entire week and never went home she still couldn't see all her patients. People need to take responsibility for themselves, keep up with your records and appointments. Don't wait until the last minute to get things done. If you know Johnny plays sports get a physical in the summer so he will be ready when school starts. You can't blame one person for your irresponsibility. BTW she is also one of the few doctors that accepts Medicaid patients. Rophe is a private office not the free health clinic. We are called patients for a reason...Have some!!

Nardia is great. Dr. Smith not so much. It seems as if she rushes you out of the office. The front staff can use some freshen up. I miss LISA. She was the BOMB. Although she wasnt a doctor but she cared about my son well being and make sure that I had everything I need. The rest of the staff really need to take a class regarding being friendly. The wait time is sooooo long too.

Dr. Smith only saw my child one time. Nardia see him when he comes in and im just glad she is personal with him...remembering a patient name without looking at a chart is great.

I love Dr.Nardia my kids love her too.The wait time has gotten pretty long but her service is great! There are so many clients they may need a little help.Hopefully things will get better.It's hard to find a good doctor.
