User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat Food! If you are in a hurry - call in your order. Lunch is a busy time for this Deli. I'm sure the customer complaining about the service just failed to realize this is not a place that has the time to "cater" to whiny people. You're in the big city now - get use to it!

I had the worst restaurant experience ever there! I went there for the first time with my friend and was horrified because of their poor customer service. When asking questions about the sandwiches, the workers were rude!! They half way answered our questions with attitudes and weren't friendly. When proceeding to check out, my friend asked the manager how much was the sandwich alone. He said that the sandwich was the same price as the meal and that it would be her fault if she didn't get the sides. I naturally had a discusted look on my face after that. The manager then said why are you looking like that is your friend being a pain? After that disrespectful comment I said that i didnt want to eat there anymore. He coped an attitude and shouted Unbelievable...you had us make these sandwiches and now you dont want them? I said No!!! While walking out the door he screamed Never Come Back Again. First I would like to say i've never felt so unwelcomed in a restaurant in my life! Do not go there because it is clear they don't want customers!!!!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsReuben's Deli was recommended to me, and I love it. The food and service is great. I live in the city, so I go to a lot of restaurants. This is a usual lunch place for me.
