Great atmosphere on the patio.Super way to laz away an afternoon.Very laid back with lots of dogs and a great view of the park and city skyline.Good home brewed draft beer and the bar food and service are first rate.Just fun to kick back and people and dog watch while sipping a few cold ones.

The view of the midtown skyline is great. Which brings me to the point that this is pretty much the only selling point of the Park Tavern. This place is managed by substandard management that tends to just hand out with the girlie waitresses. Food is basically flavorless microwave cuisine. Its all frozen and just warmed up. The beer is surprisisingly substandard and some of the flattest unskilled "homebrews" I have ever tried. Filling out a ton of comment cards for a while, you'd hope to get a phone call or maybe some changes to the better out of it - Nope. This restaurant seems strictly focused on catering in its large rooms upstairs, but certainly not on the customer. You will also never see the owner. I think he is rightfully preparing for an alternative carrer as this restaurant is bound to dissapear. McDonalds does a better job running a restuarant. What a rookie. Go to 5 Seasons's for beer instead..and be greeted with a warm and welcoming staff by name!
