User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWell, I have done business with Ben's on several occasions, and I would rate them mediocre at best. The technicians act like they don't have any formal training in computers and their sense of urgency for customer service sure leaves something to be desired. I would take my business elsewhere if you want thorough knowledge and sincere customer service.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHi to all those who say bad things about Ben's. Do you have any idea what it takes to fix some computers. Sometimes it is a simple repair and then other times its like brain surgery. Even the experts have problems. I think before you go bad mouthing someone you should give them a chance. I have done business with Ben's for years and they have always been very helpful.
