| About: | Casual sophistication awaits at this downtown restaurant, opened in 1981 in a two-story, early 20th-century warehouse. Businessmen frequent this establishment, decorated with carousel horses and leather booths, and often head straight for the martini and cigar bar to unwind or settle in for a meal. The menu ranges from Continental, such as escargot and filet mignon in a Cabernet sauce, to creative American offerings like Dailey's heralded fried ice cream. Live entertainment is featured nightly in the bar. Wine tastings are hosted on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. |

dinner over cooked, and desert, my fried ice cream was in a bowl smothered in hot fudge making it into ice cream soup in a minute, yuck. Very disappointed with Daily's for and desert, the server was great but just not too bright. Who serves ice cream with a fork let alone putting it in a bowl to melt in seconds? I have always had it served on a plate with minimal hot fudge to melt it down so fast. All of this was removed from the bill of course however, I went away hungry without thought's of ever going back.
just for the record if any one is looking to visit Dailey's the address and directions on yahoo are wrong. Dailey's is located at 17 andrew young international blvd. in the heart of the city not down by the air port.
My husband and I love Dailey's. We always go during Restaurant Week and we are never dissappointed. The food is great!
