I have been here quite a few times and i loved it each and everytime i went. The margaritas are among some of the best ive ever had and the food is awsome as well. I loved the choice of either indoor or patio seating. The patio is great when the Atlanta weather is at its best and everyone who sits there is always in a good mood. Its a great date spot or even cool to hang out with a few friends after work. The food is affordable and reasonably priced so if your on a budget you can eat like royalty and still not break the bank. All in all i would highly recommend La Fonda Latina to anyone!
I have been going to La Fonda for about 111 years now and love it! Awesome margaritas, great food, great ambiance. No it's not 5 star fine dining, so if that's what you're esxpecting, you're not going to get it. However, if you're expecting good times, food, atmosphere, and drinks, then I highly recommend it!
Maybe I'm missing something, but we've eaten at the location next to The Flying Biscuit and I was disgusted. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a "mexican" restaurant. Frankly I would be insulted if I were of Mexican decent. The food was below fast food level. The waiters were horrible and the hostess and condition of the restaurant were deplorable. If you consider yourself a fan of Mexican food avoid this place. I would never go back to any of the locations as the menus are very similar, i.e. mexican/cuban/etc... I would rather go to Taco Bell than this place. Filthy, filthy, filthy... Don't kid yourself. If you consider this "mexican" cuisine you never get out of the house more than once a year.

hes wrong...everyone knows la fondas da bomb
are you sure you're talking about la fonda? the wait staff are some of the nicest & friendliest people around & the food is great!
I agree with glamgirl when it comes to the staff. I have not eaten at the Candler Park location mentioned but have eaten at several others that are nice staff and clean. I have always thought of it more as cuban and their salsa is good.
La Fonda is not a "Mexican" restaurant, it is Cuban and it is awesome.
Not Cuban its Spanish
