| About: | This pizzeria and restaurant combines chic decor with old world charm and creative takes on Italian dishes. Pizzas, made in a wood-fired brick oven, feature thin crusts that hold an extensive list of possibilities. Red or pink tomato sauces, mozzarella, goat cheese, brie, sun dried tomatoes, and arugula, paired with prosciutto, chicken, sausage, or mushrooms make it hard to choose from over 20 artful combinations. Baraonda's ravioli of the day and pastas in delicate cream or red sauces will delight anyone who wants a full meal. Impeccably seasoned chicken, veal, fish, and lamb chops make great dinner choices, too. |

I thought by ordering one of the "specials" of the evening, I would get something great. What I got was disgusting, hardly worth $5, and it cost me over $20 with tax. The "Quail Rissotto" used cheap long grain rice instead of areboreo rice (which is the rice used for rissotto)so the rice was not creamy like it should have been, and the "quail" was shredded chicken thighs. How stupid do they think people are!!! I will never go there again.
If you're looking for excellent italian fare, this is your restaurant! Wide selection of antipastos/insalte, pasta, pizza and other entrees. Great service in a friendly atmostphere. Resonably priced for the food and service. Would definitely visit again!
Wait time wasnt too long. Wait staff was "ok". It was very noisy which could be good or bad depending on your taste. I ordered the pasta with the sausage and cream base. It was good but the actual pasta was undercooked (chewey and almost uncooked in parts). Also ordered the rosemary bread which was good but wayyy salty. I would recommend this place but with a sidenote of caution. Decent price point as well.
