Nice Hotel, but: Good midtown Atlanta location but a fair walk to the nearest MARTA (train) station--no problem if you have a car (see parking below). Nice large room with king bed, 25" TV, desk, easy chair, iron and board, etc. Well maintained and had no problems in this area for 3 night stay. Did breakfast buffet in the restaurant at $14 per person. Did not dine otherwise there. Paid $127 per might plus tax. Seemed at bit high considering that no parking was provided with ther room--had to use the street or attached Georgia Tech parking garage at $10 per day. A hotel parking pass was $15 per day. I commented to them that most better hotels I stay at provided parking at no cost.

Probably competative to other hotels in the area pricewise and great if you are attending a GT function in the attached convention center.

Good for GA Tech visitors: The GA Tech Hotel and Conference Center is a nice, contemporary hotel, ideally located for those visiting the campus. The fitness center and pool looked nice though I didn't get a chance to try them. The dining options are limited (only a buffet-style restaurant), but the quality of the food was excellent. the price was a little steep, but if you can get a discounted room at the campus rate it would be a good deal. They offer wired and wireless internet in the rooms, but the wireless signal was marginal in my room (wired connection was fine). Ironically, the same wireless network worked much better outside the hotel, e.g., in adjacent campus buildings.

Just alright: The Georgia Tech Hotel and COnference Center was a decent place to stay. The room was nothing to write home about. It was a short drive from everything witch was nice but couldnt walk anywhere. Parking was a rip-off! For the amount we paid for the room we wouldve appreciated free parking. The phone staff passed us off on others when they didnt know answers to our questions and even dropped our call- that is if they answered at all. Overall I would NOT stay there again.
