User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsAtlanta's Roxy Theatre: Balances well-known acts with a small, intimate venue. I've been in Atlanta for about a decade on and off and think this is absolutely the premier venue in the city. Tickets are usually very reasonable (buy at the box office if you can, Ticketmaster's convenience charge is often a third of the total ticket price). The Roxy attracts acts bigger than you'd expect and has a great small-venue atmosphere (Open floor on first level, balcony has seats but no assigned seating). Probably not worth a tourist visit unless you're a big music fan, but if you're thinking about moving here or already live here and looking for a great weekday or weekend night, check it out.
