I had lunch at Danias on 09/24/2009 with a party of 14 other professionals. Our party was seated promptly and our order was completed as well. We received our food 90 minutes later. I personally ordered the "lasgna", and after three (3) bites I noticed it had a "MEAL WORM" mixed with the parmeasan cheese. I notified my server, he notified the manager on duty. The manager apologized for the "meal worm" and my meal was comptd. I am not sure that was enough! That was my first time at Danias and I will not return.
I have been to danias for over four years now, the food is always fresh i like it. the staff are friendly, some new faces recently but it is all good. the new restaurant within the restaurant also has a great selection, better and healthier than landmark diner.
Dania's chicken alfredo was very generous in postions and fabulous!, however, the wait time was 15-20 minutes prior to placing and we had to request beverage orders and we were the only 5 ppl in there at the time. The serving time was decent. We had to ask for bread (which is an additional cost) and the waiter mixed up orders and was (my opinion) questioning if the order placed by the person really not their choice which was served tp them(? da heck. Hilarious!
