User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsWhile visiting Chamblee GA me and my boyfriend decided to try Mellow Mushroom finally after seeing it at other locations.
The outside patio was huge and great for warm nights... we opted to sit inside. The inside atmosphere was not fancy by any means, not what you would expect with a cool name like Mellow Mushroom.
We ordered a full chicken and cheese sub and a 10'' (4 slice) house pizza and two drinks. The total was $27.00.
The food was pretty good tho.
The service wasnt great but we may have just landed unlucky and got a waitress who was a dud.
Overall, the mellow mushroom is a good place to go if you want good pizza and are sick of pizza hut.-

the food there is GREAT! i loved the atmosphere the friendly service and the fact there ingredients are all made of te finest and healthiest products which really makes you feel good

Truly the definition of overrated.
Don't get me wrong. I'll eat there again, but it's just not above average pizza. It's average. I'd think of bumping it up a star for the environment, but other places are better.
