User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsDon't go there if you're a group...they won't split checks...don't think they know how to divide. The meat is good, the sides are not great. The waitress with the attitude needs to go.

This place could compete in Memphis. No, it's not pretty. Yeah, the fans are rikkety. You sit on a bench, and if it's hot out you sweat. It's a BBQ joint, with no apology needed. Whether you get ribs or pulled pork, you'll be pleased. The only thing I think could use some improvement might be some of the sides. Come in a tshirt and jeans, and if you have a friend who's afraid to get their finger nails dirty, there are plenty of places to bring them, but don't take 'em to Daddy D's.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Best BBQ on the Planet!!!: My wife and I found this place 6 years ago and we can't say enough good things about it. We went there on one of our first dates... then, when we got married 2 years ago, we had them cater it! Everyone raved about the food!!! Will is the waiter there... he is also part of the Daddy D'z experience, he is awesome! The ambience is that of a southern BBQ Joint (just as it says on the building) and is the best down home food on the planet.
If you love BBQ you owe it to yourself to visit Daddy D'z.
