   Honesty IS the best policy!!: I live in CA and own property in ATL. I was looking for a policy to cover my rental property out there in ATL and after calling several companies and dealing w/incompetent folks I finally found someone who was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about the difficulties of covering the property that I own. He was more than willing to work with me and patient enough to explain how the business works (pulling up credit history -- apparently this is the direction it's moving now to get quotes). In any event, this is the place to go to for awesome customer service and honesty!!

   Open Lines of Communication: The people at Brasch-Dillon have always been extremely willing to work with me as well as for me in trying to find an insurance solution that is both effective and affordable. Plus, when you call you can actually speak to a person, and immediately, which is a rarity in any business.
