Papa John's Pizza

I'm staying at a hotel downtown and ordered from this Papa Johns because it was on a list provided by the concierge of restaurants that deliver. I can't even begin to describe my horrible experience.

My boyfriend called, ordered the pizza, and we waited an hour and 15 minutes. When he called back to see where the pizza was, he was put on hold about 5 times. 20 minutes later, after learning that the pizza order was never put into the system, a worker came on and say that they could not deliver our pizza for free because they could not verify we even ordered. Why? Because none of the workers could "remember" our call (yeah right...) Of course this was said in a rude and condescending manner. He asked to talk to the manager and when she got on the phone and explained what happened ... nothing was done. Actually, this did more harm than good. When asked for her name, she rudely said "Jasmine" and hung up. Knowing we weren't going to get our pizza, I called and asked a worker the full name of the manager so I could make an official complaint because we were treated so horribly. She came back and said "Kenny Mitchell" - Hmm ... so who was the person I talked to?!

If you have any respect for yourself DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS!!!!!! We were very polite the entire time (giving them the benefit of the doubt) but in return we were treated with no respect ... We were lied to AND hung up on!!!!

Ordered an hour and twenty minutes ago, the driver ran out of gas and no one could pick up a phone? Next thing you know their dog got hit by a car and they knocked but no one answered. Thanks have a nice night, don't wait up for me.
