User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsthe worst services I have ever received from store manager , returned 3 movies now they're calling me to pay for them... I called District manager 3 times never called me back, called Custmer service they David Courtney will call me back he never did it's been almost a month... after that they said they found two movies and they're missing one,,,, when customer service said that that title was returned on 12/31/08... now I can't deal with them anymore and I will pay the 26bucks (to get my husband out of my back) but I will never ever use blockbuster agaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin.... terrible service...they don't care about they're customers ....................just read reviews all over the internet about that location

I too recieved awful service from that woman who probably needs to leave before everyone changes to Netflix. She is African american, short and "healthy". I'm sorry, but I just want to pick out the right person.

So Awful!!! I couldn`t get a clear answer if I can get a certain movie! I felt like I was being ignored! Bad service... It was waste of my time. I NEVER WILL BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
