   I agree in some ways with what the other two reviewers have said. I originally went to this clinic because I was looking for a doctor who would accept Medicare. There are SOME very nice and competent people working here but unfortunately, most of them aren't the doctors and nurses! After I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes and they threw some diabetes supplies in a bag and shoved me out the door, I had had enough. My doctor never could get my name right, couldn't speak English very well and was very patronizing. The front desk people in Adult Medicine are some of the stupidest and rudest people I have ever had the displeasure to come across. I had a really good doctor for a year or so and then he just disappeared and I got the moron who wanted me to take a bunch of expensive tests and gave me no explanation why. Thank God I have good insurance now and can say "adiós!" to West End Clinic. I can't comment on the Pediatrics department but the Dental Clinic is great. Very nice people there. And Patient Assistance is great, too. Unfortunately, a lot of other services just don't measure up. Even Grady Hospital has better services and that's really saying something!

   My daughter has been going to there pediatrics offic for less than a year..due to it being the closest to me. As long as i've been going there I've hated it. There are no same day apptments for sick children, the nurses are extremly rude and un helpful, apptment times end up being an hour later. Do yourself a favor..dont go here!!!
