chose this company for the lower price, figured i'd get what i paid for. there is not a shuttle at ATL anymore. you take the train to the huge rental car center. the service was mostly fine, but note that on your return, the luggage carts are located upstairs one floor. they guy in the booth 15 feet away from me could have had the courtesy to shout this out to me he was not helping anyone at the time that i was there unloading several bags, two huge car seats, a screaming toddler, and a sick and crying baby by myself. with my stuff all over the sidewalk and my kids freaking out a stranger and his son had to be the ones to decide to step in and offer me help. if the guy had just said the carts were upstairs i could have taken the kids up and brought one down to get our stuff out of the car.
