| About: | Located on the basement level, a few steps down from La Paz Cantina in the Vinings, this expansive shop features furniture, gifts, and accessories from Mexico. Dozens of blankets, traditional earthenware jugs and mirrors are on display, as well as stuff for the garden, including a nice selection of bird baths. South of La Paz also offers complementary cooking demonstrations, in which participants learn the secrets of such La Paz favorites as grouper tacos with pan-roasted tomatillos salsa. Demonstrations are scheduled for every other Friday from 6:30p-9p at the shop. |
