educational, informative, positive, personal... My husband and I did not know what to expect when venturing out on this journey. GRS took us in and explained every step of the process, was eager to answer any questions we had, comforted us in times of doubt and provided us an overall excellent experience.

I really felt as thought everyone I came in contact with listened to what I had to say. The office was a pleasant place to be and I would recommend it to anyone.
