User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband and I went to Hals for the first time for Valentines 2009. Food was very good. Steak excellent. Our waiter Brian was very nice. Mashed potatoes very good. Bread Pudding, Oh my gosh, best I have ever eaten. Very cozy. Only thing, get a table against the wall so you are not out in the middle of the floor. Tables had pink roses on them. Very nice touch. Will go back!

I loved this place....What a true Steak house...: The "Blackened Filet" or "Pittsburg Style" is the best!!! Great selection of wine. The Sautéed Spinach is very tasty. My wife and I really enjoy this place.
It was a cozy romantic meal and I would recommend Hal's to everyone who loves a good steak. -

Makes for a nice night out: The atmosphere was relaxing. The lighting is puts one in the mood to sit back and talk awhile. Service could have been slightly more attentive, but overall they were courteous and professional.
