Food was good. I think we caught them on a bad day. It was lunch-time and in looked like only half the help showed up. Enchilada sauce flavor was excellent, but it was so watered down. Same with the cheese dip. It was pretty good but thin. The waitress was swamped but still did a very good job attending to our needs. Probably would get a higher grade on a different day.
Also, the map/directions couldn't be worse. The town's main streets are (Broad NW, SE, etc) are divided boulevard style and named a little wierd. This restaurant is on the NE side. If there's a truck parked out front, you can't see the sign so look for the pizza place. Senor Luis is two doors down on the left. Overall, worth the detour off of the Interstate. Plus, Metter is a very neat and quaint little town.
The correct spelling for the restaurant is Senor Luis'. I want nobody to get this place confused . It was The best Mexican food my family has ever had. The service was great and Senor Luis is one of the nicest people who will ever meet. He came to our table to make sure everything was just right and when we left he played with us like he had known us forever. If you get there you've got to get one of his shirts. The image on it is perfect.
GREAT all around!!!: The food is great, the people are like family, and the service is 5 star. Kim and Luis, we love ya! Ray and Christy
