User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTHIS BANK IS HORRIBLE: I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND AFTER SEVERAL HUNDRED DISPUTES I FINALLY GAVE UP ON !! IF I MADE A PURCHASE OF $ 8.32, THEY WOULD DEDUCT IT FROM MY ACCOUNT A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THE TIME OF THE TRANSACTIONS WOULD ONLY BE A FEW MOMENTS APART !! THEY WOULD SWEAR THAT I MADE THE SAME PURCHASE OF THE SAME AMOUNT SEVERAL TIMES OVER AND OVER AGAIN !?!? MONEY WOULD ALWAYS SEEM TO DISAPPEAR FROM MY ACCOUNT. SEVERAL COMPANIES THAT I KNOW OF HAVE CLOSED THEIR ACCOUNTS AND WENT TO THE OTHER BANKS IN SYLVANIA BECAUSE THEY DO THIS TO BUSINESSES AS WELL AS PERSONAL ACCOUNTS. MY ADVICE IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE TO OPEN YOUR ACOUNT WITH ANY OTHER BANK IN TOWN AND IF YOU DO NOT I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK ! (MAYBE YOUR LUCK IS BETTER THAN EVERONE ELSE THAT HAS TRIED THIS BANK!?!?)
