Call me a hippy, but I love it.: If there ever was a true beatnik hang out in Clayton, this would be it. There menu is limited, but it is all great. They offer a selection of different wines and gourmet coffee. Their deserts are hand made daily and are always changing. It is also a nice place to sit back enjoy a bottle of wine and hook up on their Wi-Fi and New York times papers are available.

a good place for "hippies" to hang out: Grapes and Beans is a fun place to eat and have good conversation. The menu is limited, however everything I've had there is quite tasty, especially the Melted Cheese plate, try it with the natural ginger soda. The wine selection is expansive for such a small place. The coffe is so-so (I'm not much of a coffee person). I ordered a Mocha and it didn't seen to have been made properly. The atmosphere is comfortable with couches, chairs, and regular table sitting options, as well as wireless internet access. The back patio makes you forget you're in town and it artisticly done to make it look like you're in a forest garden. The servers are friendly and make you feel at home. A great little place.
