    Have been a customer for 30 plus years and never had the first problem with Rabun County Bank. Always willing to assist me when problems arise with any of my financial issues.

    Someone got ahold of our account number and information and started withdrawing money. We told the bank before the withdrawing began, but they said that there was nothing that they could do. Whoever it was that had our info withdrew $500 the first time and almost the same amount the second time. The bank would not contest or investigate the charges, and they would not let us close the account. Working with a lawyer now to settle this.
