i have been using certified computer pros Inc. for a while now i can say with no contest that it is the friendliest shop i have been in. ron the owner is very polite he always tells you how it is he doesnt sugar coat anything. the parts are all name brand for off brand price. it has been a pleasure using certified computer pros they are all very friends and are knolegable on the topics at hand i was very satisfiyed by the degrees on the back wall of the shop all belonging to the owner ron he is well educated in the field of system repair and data backup in closing i would recommend certified computer pros to anyone not wanting to get the run around like most repair shops do ccp is not out for the money they are there to make sure the costumer is happy with the service. thank you and good day

Quality: I have bought parts from other stores only to be dissapointed with the staffs knowledge and quality of parts. But, when I went to Certified Computer Pros I found the staff to be helpful and they had a large assortment of high quality parts available at prices lower than larger stores sell for.
