Overpriced: Compared to spas in California, not even close to quality of rooms and grounds. Spa was OK, but you would be better going to Napa county for the money. Resturants were very good, but a bit overpriced.
Do not recommend!!: This place is a DUMP. Superficially the grounds are aesthetically pleasing, but once you get into the interiors, you see the major flaws, and there are many. Ceiling tiles are moldy. The massage room walls have oil stains and drips. Sheets are dingy and questionably clean. There were millipedes in the massage rooms, and one was climbing up my robe! I over heard one manager, Michelle, telling a pregnant therapist that it was OK for her to do an aroma massage when it's medically NOT ok for her to perform this service. Some therapists are not Nationally Certified, which is a REQUIREMENT by LAW. The price of the massage was mind blowingly outrageous, and even though my therapist, Shannon, was EXCELLENT, there is no massage that is worth $130. I will be seeing Shannon in her private practice as opposed to going back to this place that is so obviously about the money and cares nothing about the clients or their employees.
