User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHad this company come out and clean my carpets. I have white carpet and they did a great job. I work as a truck driver, so I had soot, diesel grease and dirt all over. My wife tried cleaning it. Under threat of divorce, she convinced me to call a carpet cleaner. I had heard that these guys were good through one of my friends, so I gave them a try. I think the guys name was Nick who came out. By the time he was finished, I couldn't believe what a difference it made. The carpet looked brand new. He even moved the furniture so that it would be a complete clean. He went the whole nine yards.
I would definitely recommend Servpro to anyone. Great job.

Jennifer immediately made us feel better with her compassion and assurance that everything would be ok. Nick and Terry explained what needed to happen thoroughly. They worked hard and stayed late that night. When they left the worst was over. With in several days, they had everything dried out and back to normal. Thanks to the Servepro team for rescuing us from disaster.
