Golden Pantry Food Store

I have faithfully shopped at this location, however it is getting somewhat aggravating as of lately. This location seems to be the local hangout of one PUG OKELLY!! I used to be able to shop with discreetness on my purchases, but now it is daily, and several times daily that this person is always hanging aroud. He stands behind the counter with Caroline and Mary all day, everyday. This has been going on for months. I am not the only concerned person in our community, their are alot of others. Some have call and reported this to your home office on many occasions, but he still just hangs there. He is like a permanent foundation for the store. I see the sign on the front door which states (NO LOITERING) but doesn't mean anything. The employees are always so interested in MR. OKELLY and his conversation that it seems to inconvience them to service the customers. They show this with attitude and poor customer service. This is a daily repeat!! If you drive by you'll see his black Harley Davidson parked right in front. Unless it's raining and there's his grey truck. It is very aggravating to try to run to the store to pick something up when it takes 10 minutes for Caroline or Mary to pause their conversation with Pug. I understand good customers are hard to come by. But standing there for hours and only purchasing a drink and a snack does not a million dollars make. Other than this problem, I love this store. If this problem could be handled, Maysville would be a happier community.
