237 Prince - my new favorite restaurant! I happened upon this restaurant on the way to The Grit when I met the manager on the street and he invited my husband and I in. WOW - I am so glad we took him up on the offer. (GOODBYE GRIT). We have been searching for fine dining in the area and were not disappointed in the least. The ambiance and staff were great. The food was AMAZING. I literally craved it for a week we HAD to go back. The Kobe steak will make your mouth water as well as the chicken and salmon. The tuna martini appetizer was delicious. We ordered wine and martinis from the bar - all were delish! (try the Karmatini!)
The owner and chef come out and greet the customers personally and are so nice and genuine. If you want a classy atmosphere and excellent dining -- this is your place!!!

Defienetly worth a try. under new ownership 237 prince features unique drinks and very well balanced flavor combinations.We came in for a pizza and ended up having Kobe steak with kimchi and sake! What a treat! Service was a little slow but the atmosphere was so nice we didn;t mind hanging out.

I've had some really hit or miss meals and service here. I think they have their staff on a "tip pool" which means that everyone makes about the same amount of money which also means your waiter doesn't really really care about you. I had the veggie lasagna here twice--the first time it was delicious and the second--pure torture. When I told my waitress how awful the food was, she brought out the chef. Then the chef basically tells me that I must be crazy.
