great local restaurant with great food nad service is outstanding.
you can eat up or downstairs and the service is the same.

Mike's Down Under is a pub. Most people dont eat down there unless they want drinks with their food! Bars arent perfect they generally do have a mouse or two as well as a roach or two!

We enjoy it because we're a small town and its a great place to go and hang out with your friends. Mike (the owner) is an awesome guy/friend. He lets the teens come in after school and hang out as long as they want so they're not out on the street getting into trouble. I dont understand how you could say the service is not friendly. Mike comes to every table and asks how you're doing and tells you to enjoy. He will even strike up a conversation with you unless you are rude to him. All of the staff are hand picked by him and are friendly down to earth hard working people who always have a smile on their face. The menus use to be paper and Mike would replace them often i dont know what they were when you went. Apparently it was not the place it was you!
