   I visited the Lowes here in Oconee County and had the opportunity to run into an employee named Anthony, who I feel went above and beyond his call of duty. Everybody I encountered there had a pleasant attitude and I look forward to retuning for more home improvement materials.

   Dear Sir (Madam):
   
   I was in town last 10 days and had some appliances and work done from Lowe's. I would say you are one of the best customer services I've ever known - professionally, friendly, consideration, affordable and so helpful from the customer services, intallations, cashiers, carriers I mean all employees at Lowe's Athens (I am sorry, I don't know their names). The only thing that I didn't get the floor done by Lowe in Athens, and I am so regret it, if I have a little more time to think that I should go with Lowe for everything to get done in my house: professionally, friendly and timely. Please tell Richard in flooring dept. that I am so sorry.
