I had a Dodge Caravan repaired and they said it was fixed. Less than a week later I had to take it back. They told me it had to have a motor--and the transmission was fine. It was repaired (supposedly) and then a week later the transmission went out. I got the transmission fixed and then about 3 months later the fuel injectors went bad. I called them and they said, "Oh, we just put a short block in--those aren't covered under the warranty." I had my mechanic now look at it and he said they DID put a long block in. I tried to contact Ed Murdock, but he is NEVER in. I will NEVER take my car to them for repairs and I am spreading the word.

Dodge/Cummins front live axle locked up, 50k + miles, on I - 85 last April. Towed to Murdock's where Jamie and Nate stood on their heads trying to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Jamie immediately and correctly diagnosed my problem. No quick fix, so Nate took care of lining up a motel and rental vehicle immediately. Under warranty, took a week to get replacement axle from Dodge. When shipped, it was immediately installed. Sailed right through to Upstate NY, no problems since then. Thorough job by Jamie! Thank you, Gentlemen! JDM

Will never buy from this dealer again: I bought my second truck a 2002 dodge 1500 ram single cab from this dealer. When I purchased the truck I also purchased what I was told was a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper extended warranty. I had A/C issues toward the end of last summer and was told the repair would not be covered by the warranty and would cost me $900.00. I was not happy and was called by one of the owners and said that things would be taken care of to my satisfaction but that was last year and after several attempts of trying to contact anyone at Ed Murdock my truck is still not fixed and no one has ever returned my phone calls. I will definately not do business with this dealer ever again and i make it a point to tell anyone that is considering buying a vehicle from here my story. Customer service should be very important but does not seem like it is with this dealer.
