I went to eat w/ a friend who had never been to this restaurant today for lunch. Had a wonderful waitress! Ordered 2 nacho plates had our drinks and silverware brought out to us on a tray. Once the food was brought to us I began to eat the chips. Well after about 4 chips I happen to look over to the tray that once had our silverware brought over that still had extra napkins in and noticed a big roach crawling on the paper. I wanted to scream but I just so happen to be swallowing my last chip! It was to late I couldn't bring the chip back up....I motioned the waitress to come over and pointed out the roach and she immediately proceeded to covering the roach w/ her thumb and removing the tray!!! That was enough for me! She ran over to her mgr Adam a pot belly man maybe mid late 20's w/ glasses. He comes over to give us a BS explanation that Orkin is at fault and they haven't been doin' their job! He apologizes and says he would give us a 20% discount if we wanted to continue eating. At this point I couldn't believe what I was hearing out of a managers mouth!! We got up and left the building for good without paying! I was more disgusted than anything and in disbelief that such a person could say something like that! I will never return, I can't believe it first time this has ever happened to me in Athens!! Never again will I ever go into that restaurant!! This manager and restaurant will be reported to the health department! It just so happens that I work across the street in the courthouse!

Anderson SC store is better service wise. Friends will be friends but when you are working customers are your top priority. We totally had to walk out of the place to even pay the bill. We could not get our server's attention for the life of us the whole time we were there. Asked for a manager and never got one either. Low and behold she saw us leaving and ran after us to get the bill paid. This was completely our intention and it worked. Anyway, the menu is huge with every flavor of wings you could ever imagine. The whole menu is a book so take your time. You'll probably come up with many choices before you actually decide so have time, relax, and drink a brew. Everything I've had is great, no complaints there. But since they are both the same amount of mileage from my home, I will choose Anderson. They also have a huge outside area with smoking, TVs, and ceiling fans.

First Stop: This is the first place I ate out in Athens just because I was starving when I arrived. I am on my way back and it will be my first stop again!
