User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAdmiral Steamer came to my house, and did a great job. I actually was fortunate and had the owner come clean my house. I was amazed in this city when I saw an actual owner of a business come out and clean carpet. He did a great job, very nice and pleasant, and even gave me a great discount. He also gave me a free rake to rake my carpet. I would recommend this company to anyone. I do not remember the guy's name that cleaned my carpet but he was a nice younger guy. Probably around the age of 25-30. Great company for me to use. I will use them again.

First of all they were 8 hours late to clean my carpets, then the two guys smelled like maryjauna very stongly. I had already moved all of my furniture so I let them go ahead and do the job. Upon the carpet drying you couldn't even tell there was anything done to it.
My experience with this horribly run company has been awful since then. I have tried to get in touch with the owner and I keep getting the run around and the overall customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

the owner tells them to say she not there and sit in her office
I agree. I was very unhappy with this company. Carpet didn't look like it had been cleaned at all and the men tried to charge me extra because my carpet is light-colored.
