   I do not care for this bank and its policies. I have done internet banking for over 5 years and I have never experienced such choas and unprofessional banking since I last banked with AM South. Regions was bad before but now it has gotten worse since AM South has merged. My car had been paid off since february and this is may and my payments, which I cancelled, are still making their way to the car financing company!!! Now they tell me I did not delete the payment!?! Like I really like sending money where it is not necessary...... I have moved out of this bank and I will never recommend this bank even to my worst enemy.

   I don't care for this banks policies.: I had thought this bank was very good. However, when I forgot to deposit a check into my account I caused an overdraft. The practice of posting the largest transaction down to the smallest, regardless of when the transactions were made, turned a simple overdraft fee into a very costly mistake. After banking with you for 8 years, I will be looking for a more ethical bank. Also putting a 7 day hold on a local check seems a bit extreme to me.
