User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy son goes here and most of the time we have had a good experience. I like Dr. Baughman. I have always seen it clean and the nurses are friendly and the Doctors. I've been taking my son to him before he had the new office and the wait time was longer back then. I think they move the patients as fast as they can. They make sure they spend time with your child. Dr. Baughman has always been personal and joked with my son. I would have to say no one is perfect... I've been to several Dr.s with my son.. And he is the best.

I do not recommend this doctors office. The wait time was ridiculous and there was one book in the waiting room. Most pediatric offices I have been to will have some kind of movie playing at least for the children. The girls at the front desk were great, but both of the nurses I dealt with were not very nice to me OR my children. While they were not mean, they just showed zero personality at all, which is not good, especially when you are going to put a needle into them. I felt like for a new building, it was not very clean in the rooms. The doctor was nice, but he as well as the nurses just made you feel like you were bothering them. I am in the process of searching for a new doctor and I suggest you skip this one.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHIGHLY Recommended!: Dr. Baughman has taken care of my daughter since she was born, and she is now almost 6yrs old. He has ALWAYS returned my phone calls, even at night and on weekends, and he is always pleasant. ALL doctors offices have waits. They cannot help that. A parent may bring in his/her child for a simple task, yet will ask the doctor 1,000 questions (which is expected) when back in the room and the visits run over. This shows that he will take the extra time needed to take care of YOUR child! I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. Trust me...he's a great doctor!

If you waited a while.. I'm sure it was worth it. The receptionist are always nice to everyone and I've seen them help a child that fell in the office in the waiting room immediately. This office has always been super clean. I've never seen it messy and I take my son here a lot. You seen to want to be the center of attention? I'm sure your child was taken very good care. Please don't let this person hurt you from making a choice about Promise Pediatrics. They are loving and very caring.
