    incompetence: teller: Hi, how may I help you?
    customer: I just need these bonds cashed.
    t: Oh, boy we're about to close and I don't even know how to do that.
    c: um....???
    t: (asking another teller) Can you help me? He needs a bond cashed and I don't know how to do this.
    Teller 2: Well, I haven't done this in a while but it should be manageable.
    (5 minutes later now closing time after a series of tries and mutterings of "Is it first name then last? oh, I don't remember)
    T2: I can't even pull your name up to find the value of the bonds. I can't help you.
    C: Can I have the number for your boss to make a complaint.
    T2: For what?
    c: Poor service and incompetence. I find it hard to believe that you can't do this.
    t2: Well you can believe what you want, I don't care. We're closed anyway.
