User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe love to eat at longhorn steakhouse. From the first at the door with Brittany and Nicole. It is a great start. They are so very organized and We always feel welcome. The host that help with the seating, so friendly and helpful. Many come to mind but Lee,Scott and Ron are the ones whose name we know. Then our servers.. Jennifer, top notch service, Stephen, Serena, They all make our visits so much fun. Every time we are there we are visited at our table by the managers. I have never had such excellent service at other places. Kelly, Rich and Hugo, Joe, part of the managing staff, really know their stuff . Excellent time every visit!. Rene and Lucas. sure cook tasty steaks! The managing Partner, Paul Duke, is a first class guy, He really wants his customers to be happy and it shows in the entire operation there. I worked in restaurants in California and have never found one that compared to the way they operate,, until now. Efficient, fun, and a place you want to go everyday possible. Way to go Long Horn!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat place to eat. I no longer use any steak sauce cause these steaks are seasoned to perfection! Awesome and friendly staff and managers. Just call ahead and have them add you to the list according to what the wait time is. Example: Wait time is 45- hour, time is 6:00 p.m. Call ahead and have them put you on the list at 6:15 p.m. You show up at 7:00 p.m. and wait no longer then 10-15 minutes, trust me. We do it all the time. We have 3 small children and waiting is not something they do well!!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starshope you have time to wait!: The food is probably some of the best in Dalton. I just rarely eat there because of the wait. Definitely the only place in Dalton that I almost always have to wait AT LUNCH!!! Who has a 15-20 minute wait at lunch??????

Just don't go at lunch time. If you can go around 2-3 for your lunch it will be much better. I know its tough to have time to go there when you have maybe an hour for lunch... so just go to a late lunch:) if possible.
