    The instructors at the Cartersville facility are very professional. However, the receptionist at the Cartersville, GA facility near Wynn Pontiac has the worst customer service skills of anybody that I've ever encountered in my life. She is an elderly woman with a nasty personality. She speaks to customers as if they are a problem. If I were a betting man I'd say she must be related to the owner or she'd be long gone by now. The North GA school and the A+ school are owned by the same people. They have a monopoly in the area. I'd strongly recommend attending another school some where else if possible. Otherwise be prepared to deal with the B!
