User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy daughter and I had a great time shopping at Satin 'N Lace. We felt completely pampered. The employees smiled and said hello as soon as we walked in and took our gowns to a dressing room so we would'nt have to hold them as we shopped. A very helpful young lady did stand outside our dressing room and help us to zip and unzip. but we were not offended she was very cheerful and talked with us about styles and colors. they have the best selection I have ever seen. Hundreds of gowns in every style and color. Over all a great experience. the owner Karen is great and we will be back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! i would never advise anyone to go here... i went last year. The worker(i believe it was the owner) was VERY rude!! i dont think anyone has ever been that rude to me!!! i walked in and she acted like it was a sin for me to ask her for help! and when i told her the dress was too tight she said "well if you can zip it you can wear it!!!" so i left, and i wont ever go back! It was a waste of my time. It's worth the drive to Atlanta just to avoid this place...

My daughter and I were very upset about the way we were treated when we went to look at their wedding dresses. Not one person come to see if we needed any help. My daughter found three dresses that she liked and when she went to try them on, one of girls that worked in their walked over and took them out of her hands. The girl stood outside the dressing room and waited why she tried them on. She had to let the girl zip and unzip the dresses. We were not allowed. You know, I have heard for years that we should shop and spent money in our town, but with treatment like that, I gladly go elsewhere to shop.
I went in here about a week ago and the people in here were very rude. they acted like I didnt belong in there! and they wouldnt help me either!! I wouldnt buy nothing from this place they couldnt offer me the whole store on a silver platter. I believe i would tell them to stick it!! I believe they need to be closed down.
Wow, I am very surprized at the above responces !!!! My daughters and I have been going to this tore for about 3 years and the service is ALWAYS GREAT !!! We have purchased many dresses from them. I have NOTHING bad to say.

I PURCHASED A GOWN FROM THIS STORE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND WE LOVED THE SERVICE AND YES THEY TOOK OUR GOWNS FROM US AND HELP US TO A DRESSING ROOM.....THE NICE HELPFUL YOUNG LADY DID ZIP AND UNZIP THE GOWNS ....SHE WAS ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE GOWNS AND WHAT MIGHT WORK BEST FOR OUR NEEDS.....IT WAS PROM SEASON AND THERE WERE GIRLS IN THERE WHO I MUST SAY WERE VERY RUDE TO THE EMPLOYEES AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL OF THE MERCHANDIZE......SOME PEROPLE SHOULD JUST SHOP AT WALMART.....THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT SHOPPING AT A BOUTIQUE BUT WE LOVED IT AND I'M SURE YOU WILL TOO
