User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI just learned a very important lesson when it comes to choosing a stylist. My regular stylist was out on maternity leave and decided to use a lady at this salon. I was displeased with the service that I received by one of the stylists at this salon. I went in for highlights and ended up with skunk chunks in a very different color. It cost me $120 to get it fixed by another stylist. The stylist left the developer on too long and when it came to correcting my hair, I was not comfortable letting this individual continue altering my hair. Please consider who you chose to fix your hair thoroughly before you get your hair done.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love this place- Hair Color and Design is AMAZING!! Shannon is the best hair-stylist ever!! She does wonderful cut, color, and extensions. I would never go to anyone else.

Just because a stylist makes a mistake doesn't mean that they're awful. People are human and make mistakes. Maybe you didn't fully explain the look you were going for. I just think that not everything is always a stylist fault. I love this salon and think all the stylists are great at what they do.
