hello and iam resident at avery pointe apartments in augusta georgia 11814 fayetteville dr. 30904 area, i dont have a problem with alot of things that they do here and i appreciate alot the mangers have done for the neighbor hood the maintance is poor but we do get the work done after awhile but that is not the problem here it is MRS. LISA talk to the residents like they are nothing. they re people who have been here over 10 years and we as resident deserve to be treated like people . we pay our rent and have no promblem paying it. but the way she talk to the resident is not respectful nor polite ,we would like a manger that respect our residents and polite , we would like for you to please look into the matter (ASAP) BECAUSE THEY'RE PEOPLE THAT WILL CONTACT THE BBB OFFICE . WE LOVE WHERE WE LIVE BUT WHEN YOU ARE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC YOU HAVE TO HAVE RESPECT THE PUBLIC.WE LIVE WITH ROACHES AND WE ALSO HAVE KIDS PLAYING OUT HERE AND THERE ARE SNAKES IN THE BUSHES HERE SO IF WE LIVE UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS MRS.LISA SHOULD AT LEAST BE RESPECTFUL TO THE RESIDENTS.THANK YOU FOR AT LEAST READING SOME OF OUR COMPLAINTS THAT AVERY POINTE HAS.
