There was only 4 people in the store and I had to wait 15 minutes to ask when the next time they were getting a shipment in; and they didnt even know that....

I came in to place a custom order and the owner kept me waiting for 20 minutes and when I was about to walk out the door he finally came out to help me. His mannerisms, tone, and bothered attitude just made me feel like he did not even care about having my business.
